Nicely decorated and well maintained. Can sleep up to 6 peoplle. It has 2 bedrooms that each sleep 2, plus a sofa that folds out to sleep 2 more. It has 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, nice kitchen, dining, living - an excellent unit in every way.   Convenient to everything and just across the street from a nice beach with swimming and a variety of surfing lessons. Resort has pool, tennis and more. You will find seven restaurants, and two shopping centers just a short walk from the property. There are also three golf courses, Kauai’s largest shopping center, Movie Theater, and excellent ocean and helicopter charters available within two miles of the resort. The Anchor Cove and Harbor shopping malls are only a casual 5-minute stroll from the resort. Various island specialty restaurants are also located in the shopping centers and surrounding areas! Accommodations & Amenities Banyan Harbor Resort features one and two bedroom condominiums; Full kitchen; one ½ baths, air conditioning, and either daily or weekly maid service. The condominiums have 1,000 square feet of living area with carpeting and tile flooring. Each Condo is complimented with a living room, dining area, and air conditioning. All units have a television, radio alarm clock, and VCR (movie rentals are available at the front desk). Kitchen features full size refrigerator/freezer, full size oven w/ four burners stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, all dishware, glasses, cooking utensils, cutlery, and silverware. Sleeping arrangements include a Master B/R Queen size bed, 2nd B/R Queen or Double bed and the sofa pulls out into a sofa sleeper. Units are air-conditioned and include ceiling fans for additional comfort. A weekly maid service is included, all one bedrooms sleep four, and two bedrooms sleep six. Roll a way beds are available on request at $10 per day. Complimentary tennis, shuffleboard, and gas barbeques are also located poolside.
