We stayed at Aventura Spa and Dave was there all the way. I had a couple of questions and he answered them within 10 minutes. Dave is a Premiere Member so you get all the perks.Getting off the airplane, Elite Travel was right there waiting for us with an air conditioned van, they shuttled us right to the hotel which was around 45 minutes away. When getting off the van, bellboys were right there to take the bags. Walked into the lobby and a lady was there to direct you to where you needed to go. While checking in we received a glass of champagne and a rose for the women. We told them we were there for our anniversary and they wrote it on our check in papers. That night coming back to our room, we had a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We stayed on the South side which was the party side and our room was convenient to everything. The workers at the resort were wonderful, every time you passed one they said Hola or smiled. They went way beyond their beck and call. This resort is adult-only and that was great having no kids running around screaming and yelling.I am already wanting to reserve a room with Dave for next year. Everyone at the resort was eager to help you, they weren't faking it just looking for a tip, they genuinely wanted to help you and make your stay awesome. We did tip, but I didn't notice a big difference if we did or didn't tip, it was just overall the most outstanding service I have seen. The hostess at El Greco (one of the great restaurants there) knew that we were leaving for the day and came up and gave my wife a hug saying "see you next year". All the staff says "Hola" when they see you, we even had a gardener from about 40 feet away give us a big smile and wave, typically I don't get that where I'm from unless I know the person. Dave, as soon as we arrived one of the Bellboys came up started talking to us about you, asking if we were guests of yours, and telling us what a great guy you were and how he had enjoyed serving you. Our main activity was probably hanging out by the pool, sipping on frozen drinks, eating their delicious nachos (fully topped), and having fun with all the other couples and people that were there. However there was a ton of things to do volleyball, kayaking, ping pong, snorkeling, dancing, fun games with a crazy staff (south side), shows (Fire Show and Circus were the 2 best we saw) and lots of great eating. Everyone we met was their de-stressed self so it was definitely very easy to meet people and strike up fun conversation. We even met one couple who we will continue to be friends with afterwards. The resort was so much fun we had a hard time pulling ourselves away for two excursions...swimming with the dolphins and Mayan Pyramids. Both were amazing excursions. Some things to know: We didn't get sick. Never having been to Mexico before, we heard you may get sick. We met a couple who comes every year who did the Kitchen Tour, they said that Aventura has a 21 step cleanliness procedure to insure the food quality. The Wife's brother was in the U.S. Military, with his job being in charge of kitchen cleanliness. He had said he was impressed at the quality job they do and said you have nothing to worry about. We did pick up a prescription before hand from our doctor just in case but never had to use it. Order a Mayan Coffee at La Hacienda...It taste great and is a sight to see. Eat lots of ice cream. One of my favorites, and it's made at the Palace Resorts!! Good Stuff!! Had a great time, hope to do business with you again. Aventura is an absolutely beautiful resort. Please be warned their is no real crashing wave beach at Aventura,(they do have a great lagoon that you can kayak, or snorkel and look at the tropical fish, and it's about an hour into Cancun if you were hoping to go there.I would definitely suggest this for couples, honeymooners, and everyone of all ages (except kids at Aventura, sorry kiddies all adult resort). My wife and I just got back from a fantastic visit. The people are great, the place is great, and the free drinks all week were pretty good too (ha-ha). We got to visit Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Wet & Wild Water park, and Playa Del Carmen.Chichen Itza was amazing! We had a bilingual tour guide who walked around with us and taught us a great deal about the Mayan culture. We were disappointed to find out once we were there that the temples are being restored, so we were not allowed to do any climbing. And even though the bus broke down on our way there, it was definitely worth the 2.5 hour trip and I’d highly recommend it to any tourist that’s interested in more than just catchin’ some rays.Isla Mujeres was fun as well. We took a ferry to the Island and hung out at the Spa Clubhouse there. We had the option of swimming with dolphins (for a fee), snorkeling (free), or going on a 1 hour tour of the island (free). We chose to not do any of those things and just hang out. We did get in the water with three nurse sharks though! And a palace camera-person sold us a picture of it on the boat on our way to the shopping center. The tour only allotted us 1 hour to shop, so we did some frantic Christmas shopping. We rented a golf cart, which I don’t recommend because the people on the streets there are crazy (making is scary to be driving around a golf cart) and there is no place to park them when you are shopping. I’d also like to say that the only reason we skipped swimming with the dolphins was because we did it on our last visit 5 years ago. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t swam with the dolphins before to go! It’s a once in a lifetime experience that you’ll never forget.Wet & Wild Water park was fun as well. It had four pretty fun waterslides, and a wave pool. The food was good, but the drinks are not included there. We had the option of swimming with sea lions (for a fee), but we passed. We did watch other people do it and it looked like fun. The sea lions are fun to watch.Playa Del Carmen was huge! We thought it would be just like shopping in Isla Mujeres, but it’s not. They have the same shops were you can barter the locals for souvenirs. But they also have corporate shops (mall shops) like Harley Davidson and Gap. The beach there was nice, but it was full of people from end to end. We didn’t stay on the beach long because we preferred the relaxing atmosphere of the Aventura pools.We each used our free massage, manicure, and pedicures. I highly suggest to men that you take the massage but give your manicure and pedicure to your wife/girlfriend. I loved the massage, but the pedicure and manicure were a lil’ awkward.When we got there, we requested the Honeymoon package. You told me over the phone that you weren’t sure what the Honeymoon package was, but you thought it was a bottle of champagne in the room. We did get that, but we each also got a free “honeymooners” t-shirt and invitations to a honeymooner’s dinner. The dinner was very nice and each couple got their picture taken by a photographer for free! We had a 3 course meal, live entertainment, and some activities for prizes.One thing that you didn’t tell me over the phone (which I think people should know) is that the Palace has activities ALL DAY long. Whenever we weren’t on tours, we were doing activities, and we got to meet a lot of great people and had a blast. The pool had water volleyball and water polo everyday, bingo, Frisbee contests, and soccer kicking contests, foosball tournaments, sand volleyball, and more. We also used the fitness room a lot, and I must say, it is a REALLY nice fitness room. The only downside to all of the activities is that they were too fun and, despite our pleas for it to never end, the pool entertainment staff left about 5pm and the pool bar closed at 6pm.There were a lot of night activities for us to do as well. There were concerts, discos, a circus show, and other stuff. We had six different restaurants to choose from, which were all good according to my wife. I am a picky eater, so I stuck with hamburgers and french fries.Once again, thanks for being so helpful and making me feel so good about my purchase. I was skeptical buying a vacation package off of eBay, but talking to you over the phone and getting all of the ins-and-outs made me feel safe using you to schedule our honeymoon. What a fabulous place full of wonderful, happy people! Everyone there seemed very genuine about taking care of our every need. We very much enjoyed all the amenities at the Aventura resort - snorkeling in the lagoon, tennis, pool volleyball, chess grande, the few nights of entertainment that we saw, the Cintas party we crashed (we found the churros provided there by a vendor to be better than what was offered in the restaurant), and of course all the delicioso food! We all agreed La Huerta was the best, for both food and service. The General Manager there made us feel so at home, and all the servers were very entertaining. The details of making things special stood out, for example all the elaborate flower decorations in the bathrooms, chocolates on the bed stand most every day, the towel configurations on the jet tub, etc. When I ordered something to go for Jack from La Huerta, someone drew a picture of a sea horse on the ocean floor with a 'be happy' message - so cute! Golf at Moon Palace and Playacar was awesome! We saw lots of fun wildlife (scorpion!) so I don't feel too bad about not making it to Xpu Ha. We golfed three days, so we didn't make it to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres either. We definitely want to return, however Jack would like to stay closer to Cancun since we didn't make a trip up there either. Maybe we'll stay at one of the three Palace Resorts on that peninsula next time. Wherever we go, we're going through you again. We sat in on a presentation, although you recommended against it, so we could get the 2 rounds at Moon free - we saved $500! As incentives to join, they offered us 3 free weeks of all-inclusives with free airfare once. Additionally, many tours are included in the member package. We really enjoyed the Tulum / Xpu-ha tour and the Isla Mujeres island excursion. Had some great trips out to Chichen Itza and Isla Mujeres - where we swam with the dolphins in rough seas, but still managed to go through their routine. Unluckily for us in the rough seas crossing over to the island, the PA system broke down on the boat, so the on board entertainment had to be curtailed !! All-in-all, it's been the best family holiday so far. We got talking to some other people around the pool and they were asking how come we had 2 rooms and privileged member status bands - after explaining that we didn't book our holiday through a UK tour operator, we then got onto the obvious question of how much we paid. They were amazed that we paid less than they had, 2 adjoining rooms, got the trips included, pick-up at the airport, 10% off in the hotel shops etc. I passed your business card onto one of them and the others took your eBay details so hopefully you'll see some more UK bookings in the future. Paul played golf twice and saw many iguanas and even an alligator. The course was very difficult but incredibly beautiful and well designed. The food was so delicous, I cannot say enough good things about it. The service was the best I have ever received. They work so hard to make sure that everything you want is at your fingertips. We even got hungry at midnight and they brought up two yummy sandwiches within minutes!! For my anniversary Paul had them bring up four dozen roses and a beautiful cake. It was so beautiful I cried. Everyday there was a swan, basket, heart on the bed.We visited the disco and acted like teenagers. The music was fun and we met many people, like us, that just wanted to have a good time and dance while listening to some great music. They offer free salsa lessons daily and we took two lessons. That was so much fun!! They offer step classes for the fitness lovers and have a great gym. We brought home some great Tequilia that they brought up to the room anytime we requested it. We also enjoyed the live music at every restaurant we visited. The shows were great too.Dave you did a wonderful job helping us put this trip together! I hope to purchase many more from you. Our trip was wonderful. The Moon Palace was full. They moved the registration to a Ballroom upstairs. They did not use the upstairs registration counter. They told us they had 360 owners registering that day. They provided food and drink which made the process a little more tolerable. Per your suggestion we went to the Isla Mujeres and Wet & Wild. Hot but good tours. One of our rooms had a Plasma TV, the others were like they were a year ago. It looks like they plan to upgrade all rooms with Plasma TV’s. The electrical plugs in the rooms look to have been moved up higher, where you might expect to see a Plasma TV. As anticipated we all ate and drank too much. At this time it’s difficult to think about next year, but all family members said it was the best all inclusive we have been to and they hoped Mom & Dad would take the family back again next year. My wife, two children and I had a wonderful time. The resort was clean and the service was absolutely fantastic. Our room was terrific. The double Jacuzzi was nice but I think the hammock on the balcony was the thing we enjoyed the most. The restaurants were good, but the Asian Restaurant was incredible.We went on four excursions. Tulum, my wife and I loved it. My two teenagers thought it was okay. The history was not all that big of a deal to them. I was fascinated. If you go to Tulum I encourage you to wear a swimsuit beneath your clothes to jump in the water because the beach is amazing. We also went to the water park. It is immaculate with some great slides. I would encourage anyone who wants to swim with the Dolphins to do it here. The stay was a bit long for teenagers who live in Arizona and have water parks everywhere but the park was pretty impressive. Isla Mujeres was interesting. The boat ride back was a lot of fun. I encourage anyone on this excursion to do some added activity (extra charge) while they are there...snorkel, take the island tour, drive a wave runner etc. These cost extra but the location they bring you to is no big deal for anyone who has been to Mexico before. They do a great job on the added tours. Be aware that if your child swims with the dolphins on this excursion, only one parent per child is allowed to go. This is not the case on any other dolphin swim. Our favorite excursion was the ‘Sail and Snorkel’. We went to a beautiful location and snorkeled around a cool reef. we saw sting rays and lots of colorful fish. The beach was very nice. We also rode ATVs and speed boats here. WOW! We had a blast.Dave, the only thing I did not like was that Chaza representatives occasionally had bad information, such as saying additional excursions required pre-registration and could be sold out. This is not remotely accurate. All of our excursions signed people up for added activities on the trip and no one was excluded.My wife and I had gone to Cancun before. This resort was much better than our last and we had a great time at the previous resort. Moon Palace is huge. It has many options for dining, great service, nice shows and a cool putt-putt course. The pool is great and the sandy beach is very nice. The ocean is really not good for swimming right now because there is too much sea weed; However, the pools make you forget about that. We were burned not long ago by a company going by the name of TRAVELCOM. They offered great packages at all the five star all inclusive resorts but when it came time to book they only had two star and lower available. So as we are standing in line to check in at the Moon Palace I was worried that the confirmation we had in our hand would be a hoax. As this is running through my head a man approaches and asks for our reservation. After asking if this is truly our reservation he pulls us out of line and leads us in another direction. (I'm in full panic mode now) Just before my stomach rolls over, the man hands us the reservation and informs us that the VIP and Members only check-in is up the escalator. Let the all inclusive begin..... Dos XXX's por favor! (Inform future travelers to go up the escalator.) The Moon Palace is everything advertised and then some. Originally we did not want to vacation at such a large resort fearing that the amount of people would impact the service provided and the quality of the product. To our surprise this was not an issue. The layout of the Moon Palace is such that you never feel like you are in a packed resort. As a matter of fact, we never waited in line for a restaurant or bar. They have an well trained and dedicated staff that is willing to go above and beyond to satisfy your every need. The trips included are excellent. We set up all of our trips the day after checking in. In all, we went to three of the Mayan ruins offered: Tulum, Ek Balam, and of course Chichen Itza light and sound. We did Tulum twice because of the beautiful beach. We also went to Isla Mujeres and Wet and Wild. All the trips use top of the line busses or boats for transportation and provide tour guides. We ran out of time to do all of the trips and we stayed 14 days. In all, we had a great time and are planning to use your service again. I have to tell you that this vacation was a dream come true. The Moon Palace was on par with some of the finest resorts I have ever seen, and the service was absolutely wonderful. The staff at the Moon Palace were professional, friendly and gave service way beyond our expectations. I had read a few negative comments on the web about the beach not being that wonderful. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? We live in southern California and the beach at the Moon Palace made our beaches look bad. The superior room at the Moon Palace was great, every day we took a picture of the towel art and the turn down service was a special added touch, we loved the in room spa and the enormous marble shower. The restaurants were fabulous, the food was great and there were more waiters than guests. All I can say to anyone contemplating booking a vacation is, if you are thinking about going to the Moon Palace and are not quite sure, BOOK IT, AND BOOK IT THROUGH DAVE. I did learn that we can buy our flight through Palace Resorts and not have to worry about losing any money due to cancellation and with the VIP status we received we were able to cancel our reservations at the last minute with no problems at all (since we were tracking the hurricane). The moment we arrived at the Cancun Palace they gave me and my daughters flowers as well as champagne for me and my husband. We stayed 7 days and everyday we did something different.You suggested not to do the property tour but they were giving out some free tickets for the Jungle Tour so we decided to take the tour. That’s when you realize how expensive it is to be a member. They were pressuring us to become members to get the discounted price. I was saying to myself why do I have to be a member, for as long as Dave is there, we can get the same member prices.The Jungle Tour was so much fun you get to ride a small boat but the fun part is the speed. It was such a nice feeling to ride a boat with that speed. We enjoyed the snorkeling that was also part of that tour. We visited Tulum - Xpu Ha as well as the Moon Palace. Both resorts were nice but we liked our resort better. Since the resort we stayed at was newly renovated, everything was new and the room so nice. The beach at Cancun Palace was so great, something that the two other resorts didn't equal. We spent one day at Wet N' wild. It was a small water park. We have been to the one in Florida which is bigger and we were a little disappointed.The food was great. We tried all the restaurants in the Cancun Palace. My kids liked the Japanese and Italian restaurants. I tried the Mayan Coffee you suggested, it was really great.We couldn't see Chichen Itza. It was so hot at the time we went so I was telling my husband, we need to come during spring vacation, when it is probably cooler, to see Chichen Itza. My kids loved this vacation so much they didn't want to come home. My 10 year old asked "are we coming next spring to see Chichen Itza?" and I told her we will be coming back in the spring but not necessarily this coming spring. This is a place you want to come back to. We can't stop talking about how good our vacation was. Our friends and family were shocked when we told them how much we paid. They want to know where we got such a good price, with so many things included in the trip. You can't get that kind of treatment in the U.S. even if you pay twice as much as we did. And for all of this, my family and I thank you for the chance you gave us for the wonderful time. This has been for us, the nicest hotel we have stayed at. The hotel was very nice, simple and elegant. The room was very nicely decorated along with the Jacuzzi. They continue to have problems with the water coming out in a brownish color as if there was sand in the water lines, it might be rust. The place where it is most visible is in the Jacuzzi. The hotel confirmed this is a problem they are still having when they tried to give us another room but they had the same situation. I would think that within a few weeks or couple of months the problem should go away. For us, while we would have preferred not to have this problem in the Jacuzzi, it was no big deal. The minibar in the room had all the basic things you could ask for, water, cokes, sprites, juice, tequila, rum, brandy and two other liquors… regular size bottles. While I am by no means a heavy drinker and I only consumed very little alcohol, it is nice to know they are there if you choose to make yourself a drink. As far as the restaurants, they were all very good, from the Italian, oriental and the steak house. We could not pick a favorite. We did not go to the international/Mexican restaurant for dinner since we eat Mexican food on a daily basis so for us, we wanted something different. We definitely recommend getting the Cappuccino at the Italian or oriental restaurant or the Mayan Coffee at the Italian restaurant. The Mayan Coffee is prepared at your table so it is a nice treat. I thought the pool area was going to be so packed that we were not going to be able to enjoy ourselves but that was not the case. While there were a good number of people in the pool it never felt overcrowded. The beach itself was special. Just having the opportunity to look at the water and admire its beauty was enough to make this vacation worthwhile. One of the main reasons we chose the Cancun Palace over the other Palace Resorts is because of the beach. My wife wanted to stay in a place that had the most beautiful beach possible and this resort did not disappoint. The other thing that attracted us to the Cancun Palace is its proximity to the shopping centers. We were within 5 minutes from the main shopping centers in the public transportation which cost 6.5 pesos or the equivalent to 65 cents. The hotel had a great variety of nightly entertainment ranging from live music to a circus, it was pretty neat. While we did attend their presentation since they offered us $200 for spa and $100 to spend at their store, we did not buy anything. Our simple reasoning was, “why pay for something that I can simply purchase from someone like Dave?" We did not see the need to purchase and even then, they were very nice about it. I was very worried because of other time shares I attended where they make a very “aggressive” push for one to buy; this was not the case here. But all the things mentioned above were already expected by us based on the research we had already done. What was most pleasantly surprising for us was the service we received. We received the best service one could expect. What was surprising is that the great service did not come from one or two individuals but by everybody at the hotel. They must have very good training where they must drill customer service into them because it definitely shows; by the same token, they seem to be selected in the people they hire to make sure they are customer service oriented. What we were able to appreciate is that they genuinely wanted for you to be happy at all times. While the tips were already included, we felt compelled almost every time to leave a tip for the great service we received. By the way, I got sick from my stomach the last night I was there. It was nice to know they have a doctor on site that can attend to you, at your own expense of course. So after coming out of the doctor’s office, guess what happened? A number of the employees approached me wanting to know how I felt and wanting to know if the doctor had looked after me to my satisfaction. Wow!! Even while sick they made me feel good about me staying there. There is so much to say but I think you get the picture. We definitely recommend the Cancun Palace; as a matter of fact, we might be planning a family vacation to the Cancun Palace sometime next year. Sun Palace is a wonderful hotel. I was very impressed. My husband and I thought it was a little too quiet, but we visited Cancun Palace, and that place had people everywhere!! The service was absolutely amazing at all of the Palace resorts, although we only got to visit Xpu-Ha Palace and Cancun Palace. Beach Palace wasn't open yet. We were very generous in tipping everyone because they do such a great job. I really wanted to visit Moon Palace but we just ran out of time. While the Mayan ruin tours were interesting, they actually took all day long. We went on Tulum and Chichen-Itza and that took two days out of our vacation. I was a little disappointed because Paradise Snorkeling and Isla Mujeres tours were already booked for the whole week when we got there. Also they weren't offering any shuttles to any of the other Palace Resorts so transportation was on our own. The food was okay, the drinks were okay. Seafood there was great, but the beef and chicken entrees seemed that the meat was old and had been frozen awhile. The pools were beautiful and clean, and everything about the facilities was super clean. The mini-fridge was always stocked with bottled water. Room service was very prompt and they always called and confirmed that we had received it and that everything was there. Room service breakfast was actually very good. Although pretty much everyone at the hotel speaks English, it sure makes it easier just to speak Spanish. (I speak fluent Spanish). Also the bus drivers don't speak English so I was kind of glad I speak Spanish. We did get our massages. I got the manicure and pedicure. They were great. All in all we had a wonderful time. Thanks! The Jacuzzi was huge and not just a tub in the bathroom like in most hotels, it was right next to the balcony (whose doors almost fully opened to unto the balcony). We quickly learned to get a free drink at the bar before venturing into downtown! <-- That was a very nice detail about the 'all inclusive'. We did get to take advantage of some of the free tours and went snorkeling, scuba diving, and to Chichen Itza which was breath-taking. I have been on many vacations in many different parts of the world, but I've never felt so welcomed and cared for as I did there. Your service was the perfect thing for a couple like us just starting out, and as a matter of fact, when we talked to the Palace Resort people, they could not believe that we got such a great deal and said they've never heard of anyone but members paying so little. It was nice to get all of the benefits of being a member (discounted golf, free massage, manicure and pedicure, etc) without actually being members. We met several other couples there who booked with travel agents who said they paid way more and didn't get near as much. We will definitely use you and Palace Resorts in the future. The food was VERY good for an all-inclusive. 24 hour room service and free liquor in your room; dangerous but fun. A great plus to be right adjacent to Playa del Carmen. The Palace taxi met us at the airport and transported us to the Cozumel Palace Resort. The black VIP wristbands were definately the way to go. The resort staff as well as the spa staff treated us like VIP's. We did the all-inclusive Tulum excursion and the Chankanaab day trip. The proximity of Cozumel Palace to downtown was an added bonus. We could literally walk to the action. We found the all-inclusive food very good. We did however, tip the Italian restaurant manager, Miguel, and he turned out some off the chart (& off the menu) dishes several nights. And how convenient to snorkel right from the resort. Every room has a beautiful view with large balconies and hammocks. We love Cozumel and would recommend Cozumel Palace and would definitely recommend using your VIP service. We noticed several different colored wrist bands and were able to figure out most of the colors - Purple for honeymooners, yellow for general resort customers, gray for members but our wrist bands were black with gold lettering that said "premiere member" on them. We were the only ones with the black bands and didn't know what that meant. I left positive feedback for you the day after we returned from Cozumel - I'll admit I was holding off till I actually saw and experienced the trip to see if it really was as described. I needn't have worried and I've emailed your contact information to all my friends. I know I'm gushing but vacations are so hard earned and too few and far between that a disappointment is magnified. You were respectful and took great care with our valuable time off. The EBay auction process was very simple and Dave is ready and willing to help if needed. If you're staying at Cozumel Palace, fly directly to the island. We flew into Cancun and had to take a long scenic route that included a 1 hour shuttle ride, guy hauling our luggage with a tricycle, 1/2 ferry ride, hauling luggage ourselves, and then a taxi ride to the hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel, the long day of traveling was all behind us. The staff at Cozumel Palace were extremely friendly and helpful. We did get a chance to visit Playacar, Xpu-Ha, and Aventura Spa which were all nice but we were always happier once we returned to Cozumel Palace where the staff seemed friendlier and the guests are more relaxed. The snorkeling in front of the hotel is also great even though there's no wave breaks and the caution flag was always up. We recovered the cost of your auction fee simply by getting your member rate on the hotel room. The Cozumel Palace was wonderful. Very clean and sophisticated looking, it felt very upscale without being enormous. Another bonus was that it was within walking distance of the downtown area that was entertaining and full of shopping opportunities. Our room was very comfortable, all rooms with ocean views and a balcony with a hammock. The staff was SO eager to serve and VERY polite. Food was always good, a few meals that were absolutely great. We really enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. (On this trip we ate so many beef tacos and fajitas. They were amazing at the hotel as well as at local restaurants -Coconuts on the other side of the island was fun) The hotel always had some form of evening entertainment around 9:00 -a fire show, a Mexican dance show, even karaoke. They were either amazing to watch or terribly funny, especially with a cocktail in hand. The staff was always eager to accommodate getting your drink order. We really appreciated the free airport transfers, the express check in / check out, and being able to go to the Playacar Palace in nearby Playa del Carmen that the VIP status afforded us. Plus it was nice that you were able to get us the honeymoon package. They gave us t-shirts, an ocean side dinner, and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Overall the trip was wonderful and we don't have any complaints. I would definitely recommend this as a way to plan a trip to anyone wanting to go to Cozumel. I am glad I did. The Cozumel Palace was wonderful. What a great deal we got through your vacation service! The Palace Resorts group dropped the ball only once (they didn't get my ground transfer request, but did get the transfer request from our friends who used your service... go figure! It was sorted out quickly at the airport, however.) Anyway, we were treated like ROYALTY! Upon arrival, our bags were tagged, and we were greeted with a cool towel and a glass of sparkling wine. We were seated in the lobby bar area, and enjoyed ourselves while the VIP check-in service took care of itself. Shortly thereafter, we were in our beautiful room and within minutes our bags arrived at our room. We were oriented to our room and then we unpacked. We have stayed at the Palace Resorts before (Moon, 2004) and we NEVER had such great service there. Maybe its because the Cozumel Palace is so much smaller, or maybe its because they are trying so hard to get vacationers to come back to Cozumel after Hurricane Wilma. My personal belief is that Cozumel isn't so much Mexican as it is Caribbean/Mexican. Such nice service staff! Very laid back and next to impossible to fluster. Everything was "no problem". The room was clean. The food was pretty good (for an AI). The grounds were nice and the pool was pristine. Service was prompt and courteous. No waiting for tables for dinner. And if we wanted to go outside of the Coz. Palace for supper, downtown restaurants were a short, short stroll away. We will use your service again in the future, that is for sure. It was so easy. I have told some people at my place of employment about your service, and already one more couple has contracted through you. What a great deal! We were even bragging about our great deal at the pool one day, and we soon found ourselves surrounded by Palace "members" (and non members who paid much, much more for their Palace vacation) who wanted to hear more. The room was very clean and impressive; a room like this in Hawaii would cost well over $400 a night.
