The master bedroom with a King size bed and television has private access to the huge lanai, which is part under shade and part exposed to the Florida sunshine. There is a large master bathroom with walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, television, closet and adjoining bathroom. The den has a small sleeper-sofa, television and a gorgeous hand-made cherry wood desk. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, television, rocking chair and adjoins the dinning room and lanai. It is quite spacious and comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the normal large and small appliances, cooking items and dinnerware. The linen closet is stocked with spare linens, towels etc. plus there is a full size washer and dryer, for your convenience. The 2 car attached garage operates electronically and even has 2 basic sets of golf clubs for your use!  This villa is a one floor property and is only about 50 feet to the pool. It is ideal for someone needing a 2 week getaway or more. Great for northern "snowbirds", or those considering relocating to the area.
