Accommodates 14. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a kitchen/wetbar. The first bedroom downstairs has a king bed, the second a queen bed and the third has 2 single beds. The second floor has a newly remodeled kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The first bedroom on the second floor has a king bed, the second has a queen bed, the third has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. "It's 5 O'clock Somewhere" has central heat & air, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, one washer/dryer, 8 TV'S (two with over 300 channels and 6 Color Cable TV's), 6 VCR's, 2 DVD players, high speed wireless internet access, library of movies and telephone. Other amenities include 4 covered porches, outside shower with hot & cold water and private walkway to the beach. This is a NON-SMOKING home. The house to the left of ours is not a rental; the house to the right is a rental. There is no beach access (for non oceanfront residents) near any of these homes, so the beachfront is yours completely. We are the owners of this rental. We just happened to have this one week available-- the house has been rented or is reserved for rentals of over 22 weeks in 2008! All summer, this home has been rented each week for a total of $4380! This is a GREAT DEAL! Two weeks ago we had new wood floors installed in the two main living areas, installed a new kitchen sink/hardware and added a new 45" flat screen tv. The home is ideal for several families. There are high chairs and a crib at the home, as well as a pack n play for little ones and a little tikes picnic table for beach use. There are also lots of sand toys for use in our storage bin on the back deck. We have four boys and have set it up for the comfort of families and kids alike. Holden Beach is one of five islands that make up the North Carolina Brunswick Islands and is located only 35 minutes south of Wilmington, NC and 30 minutes north of Myrtle Beach, SC. Here at Holden Beach, you won't find flashing neon signs or high-rise buildings-- due to building height restrictions of only 35 feet. Holden Beach, North Carolina is focused on being a small “ Family Beach”. In the 2005 Yahoo!“Spring Vacation Guide”, Holden Beach, North Carolina was ranked #4 for the Top Ten places to buy a Second Home. Please note the following information: Cleaning fee is $125 (this is what we are charged by the cleaning company) Damage Deposit of $300 will be returned within 24 hours of exiting the property Payment to be made via credit card within 24 hours of winning bid. We will fax you the rental agreement and need it signed along with the credit card receipt and faxed back. We will then provide the code to the house lock box where the keys to the property are located. We will also provide our direct phone number to you for ease in contact during your stay.
