We are offering the Club House at Jewel Brook, one of Pike's Peaks Vacation Resort Rentals for a 4 Night Weekend Stay from August 29, 2008 thru September 1, 2008, depart September 2, 2008 Here's our best vacation resort facility for large group rentals, the old Shore String Lodge at 21 Andover Street, Ludlow has been renovated into the Club House on Jewel Brook. A circa 1900 Turn of the Century Post and Beam, The Club House surrounds you with wonderful amenities. Designed for the medium to large vacation getaway crew. Our six bedroom and six bathroom section has plenty of room and privacy! It's all located in the Lovely Village of Ludlow, directly on the shuttle route, the weekend and holiday free bus service that will carry you directly to the mountain. You can walk to everything in the Village, ski shops, Groceries, Antique Shops, Breakfast joints, massage .... its all there. The Tilted Tavern at the Club House - your own private sports bar. Take an old English Pub bar and install it in the Pool table room, affectionately known as "The Tilted Tavern." It's your own private getaway, one of three areas in the Club House where people can gather to celebrate life! The Kitchen / Dining room We have installed a commercial Vulcan stove, with a professional fire suppression system so please, no deep fried turkeys here. With two work stations, a large two door refrigerator, and plenty of six burner gas stove power, just imagine the buffet you can prepare and lay out on that natural wood buffet peninsula! We have made provided the full power of a commercial kitchen, and still kept it cozy, since most of our guests have a great cook or two in the crew who want to do their thing. This is the place. The Dining room We have all noticed that the party always seems to end up in the Kitchen, so this Dining room is integrated into it and has a long country kitchen dining tableu (8) and a round kids' table (4) ... The buffet has couple of stools at it too..(2). By Thanksgiving another round country table will be in the area, for an additional 6-8.
